Your hosts


Christian, your host, has been a cook for more than 30 years now. He started as an apprentice in Saalbach, travelled as far as the Bermudas as a young chef and continued his world trip as a sous-chef on luxury cruise ships sailing the seven seas.
After his return to his native Carinthia, he worked for all renowned houses of the Carinthian Lakes Region, and perfected his skills as sous-chef and kitchen manager. For you, he will prepare daily fresh delicious soups, hearty snacks and local specialties. His special recommendation is a freshly tapped beer, preferably for himself.....

Kerstin, your hostess, born a German Rhinelander, loves the warmth of the Carinthian people and the local pastries. Also being a chef, she likes preparing and eating vegetarian dishes. If she is not milking her beloved goats or running after them, you can find her most commonly serving you at your table.
